Light Roast
This delicious Ethiopian is from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Guji region. This region has rich volcanic soil and the perfect weather conditions and environment to allow the coffee cherry to develop slowly. This adds amazing flavor and complexity to the cup. It is a natural processed coffee which means the coffee cherry was dried on the seeds (beans) during processing. This adds to the juicy, berry flavor that this coffee has. This is a really great coffee!
