Should I order whole bean or ground coffee?

We would suggest buying whole bean if possible. Grinding the coffee just before brewing will help the coffee stay fresher longer. Grinding the coffee increases the surface area and allows it to go stale faster. We ship all of our coffee in bags with one-way valves that allow the coffee to release the gasses that occur after roasting without allowing air into the bag. However, once the bag it opened, the coffee will not maintain it's freshness as long. We have options for ground coffee for those that don't have a grinder, but we would highly recommend picking one up if you can.

How long does it take to get my order?

We ship ground from Minneapolis, MN, unless you select an expedited method, so most orders in the mid-west region of the country will only take a day or two to get to you. Shipping to further locations will take a bit longer. 

Can I return the coffee if I don't like it.

Unfortunately, because coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns. If there is an issue with your coffee, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
